Dave Matthews [ tickets ], Trey Anastasio [ tickets ], Jack Johnson [ tickets ], Widespread Panic [ tickets ] and Ween [ tickets ] are among the artists scheduled to perform at the inaugural Vegoose concert, set to take place in Las Vegas on Halloween weekend.

Phil Lesh & Friends (with special guest Ryan Adams), The Flaming Lips, The String Cheese Incident, The Shins, moe., Spoon, Gov't Mule, Digable Planets, North Mississippi Allstars, Michael Franti & Spearhead, The Decemberists, Atmosphere, Blackalicious, The Magic Numbers and Lyrics Born are also confirmed, and more artists will be announced in the coming weeks, according to organizers.

The two-day event is set for Oct. 29-30 at Sam Boyd Stadium, with performances slated to begin at noon and end around 10:30 p.m., according to a press release. Two-day passes will hit the box office on Aug. 13; more information is posted at the event's website.

When the stadium performances end each night, the festival will continue at various separately ticketed late-night shows in Las Vegas clubs including House of Blues, The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel and The Orleans arena, according to a press release. The late-night shows will also take place on Friday, Oct. 28, and Monday, Oct. 31. Performers and ticketing info will be announced "soon."
