The hits compilation "NOW! That's What I Call Music! Vol. 19" logs its second consecutive week atop The Billboard 200 album chart, holding off the solo debut of rapper Young Jeezy , who enters the chart at No. 2 with "Let's Get It: Thug Motivation 101."

Mariah Carey's Top 5 mainstay "The Emancipation of Mimi" falls one slot to No. 3, while comedian Dane Cook's "Retaliation" debuts at No. 4, marking the first Top 5 showing for a comedy album since Steve Martin's 1979 set "A Wild and Crazy Guy," according to Billboard.

Jason Mraz enters the chart at No. 5 with his sophomore album, "Mr. A-Z."

Motown great Martha Reeves, who scored hits including "Dancing in the Street" and "Heat Wave" while fronting Martha & The Vandellas, has advanced in her run for a Detroit City Council seat.

With the vast majority of the votes counted, Reeves was running in ninth place among 120 candidates in a primary election held Tuesday (8/2), enough to earn her a spot among 17 council hopefuls on November's general-election ballot.

Franz Ferdinand 's upcoming sophomore album, which previously was to be the band's second self-titled set, will instead be dubbed "You Could Have Had It So Much Better with ...."

The set's early October release date is unaffected by the title and cover-art change.
