Oklahoma natives Toby Keith [ tickets ] and Vince Gill [ tickets ] will headline an April 22 concert commemorating the 10th anniversary of the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, OK, a terrorist act that killed 168 people.

The event will take place at the Ford Center in Oklahoma City. Jimmy Webb, Ty England, Byron Berline and Katrina Elam are also expected to perform at the show, which will raise money for the Oklahoma City National Memorial.

For the fourth straight week, 50 Cent [ tickets ]'s "The Massacre" is the top-selling album in the U.S., while the hits compilation "NOW That's What I Call Music! Vol. 18" logs its second consecutive week at No. 2.

Checking in at No. 3 on The Billboard 200 chart is Frankie J's "The One," while Green Day's "American Idiot" spends its second straight week at No. 4. Queens of the Stone Age's "Lullabies to Paralyze" makes its chart debut at No. 5.

Pixies frontman Frank Black [ tickets ] is scheduled to release a new solo album titled "Honeycomb" on July 19. The set was recorded in Nashville in April of 2004, and features contributions from well known musicians including Steve Cropper, Buddy Miller, Reggie Young, Chester Thompson, Anton Fig, Billy Block, Akil Thompson, David Hood and Spooner Oldham.

"It was wonderful to have these incredible musicians poking fun at my non-Nashville chord progressions, and then give me a wink after a take to let me know that they approved and enjoyed it," Black said in a press release. "I was so lucky to have them playing on this album."

Black wrote all but three of the album's 14 songs.

Lollapalooza's website is expected to re-launch Friday (4/1) with information about this year's plans for the event, which was scrapped in 2004 due to poor ticket sales. This year's event is expected to consist of a pair of dates in Chicago, marking the end of Lollapalooza as a touring festival.
