Collective Soul strings together more concerts

Collective Soul 's tour behind its first new album since 2000 now stretches well into the spring, and includes a spot on "The Tonight Show."

New to the band's itinerary are a number of March and April shows, including stops throughout the South and Northeast. Details are shown below.

The new dates follow a string of in-progress West Coast concerts that wrap up at the end of the month. In the midst of that run, the rockers will make a Monday (2/21) stop at "The Tonight Show," where they'll perform "Better Now," the second single from last year's "Youth."

Released in November, "Youth" is Collective Soul's first new studio set since 2000's "Blender." "Better Now"--which also turns up on the soundtrack for the forthcoming Wes Craven horror flick "Cursed"--and previous "Youth" single "Counting the Days" are both streaming at the band's website.

Formed in 1994, Collective Soul's previous albums spawned the hits "December," "Shine," "The World I Know," "Gel," "Blame" and "Precious Declaration."
