Maria McKee 's sixth solo release, titled "Peddlin' Dreams," is set to hit stores on April 19. The 12-song album was produced by her bassist, frequent co-writer and husband, Jim Akin.

The album comes two years after her most recent studio set, "High Dive," which ended a seven-year dearth of new material from the former Lone Justice singer/songwriter.

A federal judge in New York has dismissed a lawsuit brought against Megadeth and its founder/singer/guitarist Dave Mustaine by a long-time band member, according to Megadeth's website. Bassist Dave Ellefson alleged that he was entitled to a greater share of the band's profits than he received.
