Keller Williams to shoot live DVD, plots more shows

Keller Williams ' late-2004 plans include shooting a live DVD, and the singer/songwriter is also eyeing more roadwork in early 2005.

Williams is scheduled to record his Nov. 19 and Nov. 20 performances in Pittsburgh for what will be his first DVD. In addition to shooting the show, the film crew will also be "interviewing select members of the crowd for possible inclusion in the film," according to a press release.

Subsequent shows are scattered through December, January and February, and include opening dates for Martin Sexton . Williams also occupies the opening slot on two year-end shows with Yonder Mountain String Band in Denver. Details are shown below.

Williams' 2005 tour plans begin with a stint on Jam Cruise 3, a five-day excursion that departs from Jacksonville, FL, and will also feature Galactic, Les Claypool, Col. Bruce Hampton and others. More information is available at the cruise's website.

In June, Williams issued "Stage," a live album featuring tracks culled from various shows on his 2003 tour behind his latest studio set, "Home."
