Gary Allan cancels concerts after wife's suicide

Country artist Gary Allan 's wife was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the couple's Nashville-area home on Monday (10/25), prompting the artist to cancel several tour dates.

According to published reports, a coroner has ruled the death a suicide.

The couple, who had been married for three years, had six children from previous relationships.

Allan has canceled his tour plans through Nov. 6. Affected dates include a mix of club dates and shows supporting Rascal Flatts.

As of press time, Allan was expected to return to the road on Nov. 11, according to his official website.
