Len Clears Hurdles To Mount U.S. Tour
Canadian alternative popsters Len , who reportedly delayed a previously-scheduled U.S. club tour because of visa problems, will make another go at touring south of the Canadian border.
The band, which is basking in the success of the summertime single ''Steal My Sunshine,'' will spend a month touring U.S. clubs beginning Oct. 7 in Chicago.
Len, which was founded by brother/sister combo Marc and Sharon Costanzo in 1991, will be touring the U.S. for the first time. Their major label debut, ''You Can't Stop The Bum Rush'' (Work/Epic), came after the band released one EP and two albums on their own label.
In keeping with the do-it-yourself ethic, the video for ''Steal My Sunshine'' was directed by frontman The Burger Pimp (a.k.a Marc Costanzo).
Supporting on all dates will be the L.A.-based hip-hop outfit Styles of Beyond.
