Korn unveils more dates for best-of tour
Korn continues to add stops to its upcoming tour behind its new best-of set, "Greatest Hits Vol. 1."
The Bakersfield, CA, quintet has penciled in a new handful of late-November shows in Chicago, Milwaukee and Trenton, NJ; and has pushed the itinerary into December with stops in West Palm Beach and Tampa, FL. Details are shown below.
The group's official fan club, Korn Kamp, is holding an online pre-sale for most of the new stops. More information is available at the band's website.
Released earlier this month, Korn's "Greatest Hits Vol. 1" is a 19-track set that features cuts from the group's six studio albums, as well as new covers of Cameo's "Word Up!" and Pink Floyd's "Another Brick in the Wall (Parts 1, 2, 3)." Also included is a DVD that captures the band's Nov. 24, 2003 performance at CBGB in New York City.
"Greatest Hits Vol. 1" follows last November's "Take a Look In the Mirror," Korn's most-recent collection of all-new material. The set features "Did My Time," which was among this year's Grammy nominees for Best Metal Performance.
On Oct. 23, Korn frontman Jonathan Davis is scheduled to host MTV's "Headbanger's Ball."
