Helmet 's Page Hamilton suffered a broken collarbone during a recent mountain biking expedition, forcing the band to postpone its planned tour.

The tour, originally scheduled to get underway in September, is now expected to open in October. The new itinerary hadn't been finalized at press time.

The release date for "Size Matters," Helmet's new album, has been pushed back to Oct. 5 from its planned Sept. 14 release.

Among the musical acts scheduled to perform during the Republican National Convention are Brooks & Dunn , Lee Ann Womack, Jaci Velasquez, Third Day, Dexter Freebish, Darryl Worley, Michael W. Smith, Sara Evans and The Gatlin Brothers. The convention takes place Aug. 30-Sept. 2 at New York's Madison Square Garden.

The new Godsmack concert film "Changes," which will be available on DVD on Sept. 14, will debut at 50 Regal Entertainment Group movie theaters on Sept. 13. More information--including a list of theaters showing the film--is available at Regal's website.

Clear Channel Entertainment has launched StormAid.com, a website that will raise funds for victims of Hurricane Charley in Florida by auctioning 43 celebrity-signed guitars. Ted Nugent , Britney Spears , Rob Zombie LL Cool J and Alan Jackson are among the artists who donated signed guitars.
