Ashlee Simpson 's "Autobiography" returns to the No. 1 slot on The Billboard 200 album chart this week after spending last week at No 2.

Simpson pushes last week's No. 1 release, "Now That's What I call Music! Vol. 16," to No. 2, according to Billboard. Jimmy Buffett 's "License to Chill" climbs one spot to No. 3, while Usher 's confessions is up one place to No. 4.

Gretchen Wilson's "Here for the Party" climbs one rung to round out the Top 5.

Vocalist Theryl "The Houseman" DeClouet will depart Galactic at the conclusion of the group's summer tour, the group announced.

"We all view our years of collaboration as a magical experience," the band said in a statement. "From the beginning, Theryl has been a musical inspiration, mentor, partner and most importantly a friend. Although Theryl will not be continuing with us he will always remain a huge part of the Galactic family."

Hilary Duff 's Sunday (8/8) performance at Atlanta's Gwinnett Arena was delayed for nearly an hour due to a fire that broke out six songs into her set. According to reports, a speaker short-circuited and burst into flames. The fire was quickly controlled, and the building wasn't evacuated.
