Briefly: Alan Jackson, The Pogues, Saves the Day, The Kinleys
Arista Nashville has set a Sept. 7 release date for "What I Do," country veteran Alan Jackson 's 14th album.
The set, recorded with Jackson's longtime producer Keith Stegall, features 14 new tracks, including the hit single "Too Much of a Good Thing."
The Pogues will reunite for a six-city U.K. tour in December, according to frontman Shane MacGowan 's website. The group hasn't toured since 2001.
Saves the Day issues the 19-track odd-and-ends set "Ups and Downs: Early Recordings and B-Sides" on Aug. 24.
The Kinleys issue their first album in four years, "All in the Family," on Aug. 4. The set marks the country duo's first set for their own label, Identical Records.
