Shawn Colvin sets up summer tour plans
Shawn Colvin , who hasn't issued a new album in more than three years, continues working the road this summer.
The bulk of Colvin's shows take place between early July and late August, and will feature additional act Cowboy Junkies. She also has a smattering of June, September, October and November dates set. Details are shown below.
Included in Colvin's plans are a pair of July stops with fellow singer-songwriter Jackson Browne (July 24 in Kelseyville, CA, and July 27 in Costa Mesa, CA) and a lone July date with John Hiatt (July 28 in Saratoga, CA).
Colvin's most-recent album is 2001's "Whole New You." The singer-songwriter is working on new material, but has no specific plans regarding her next album, according to a spokesperson.
Colvin has earned three Grammy over the course of her career, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year for her 1995 hit "Sunny Came Home."
