As expected in the wake of last week's ruling that evidence was improperly obtained, Florida prosecutors have dropped 12 child-porn-related counts against R&B star R. Kelly .

A Florida circuit judge ruled that photos found by police in a 2002 raid--which allegedly showed Kelly having sex with an underage girl--were seized illegally and are not admissible as evidence.

"My faith in our system of justice has never wavered, and with this victory behind me, I look forward to clearing my name in Illinois," Kelly said in a statement. "As I've said before, I am confident that when all the facts come out, people will see that I'm no criminal."

Kelly still faces 14 child-pornography counts in Illinois.

Diddy" Combs song that features 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes and others.

Jessica Simpson 's "In My Skin" falls one notch to No. 3, while Evanescence's "Fallen" slips a place to No. 4, according to industry sources. Rounding out the Top 5 is Kenny Chesney's "When the Sun Goes Down."
