Itinerary surfaces for Michelle Branch-led Virgin College MegaTour
Dates and venues are locked in for the first stretch of shows on the upcoming Virgin College MegaTour, featuring headliner Michelle Branch .
So far, organizers have nailed down 17 stops, including the March 27 kick-off in Richmond, VA. The confirmed itinerary stretches until May 1, and will continue to grow. Details appear in the itinerary below.
Branch tops the tour's roster, which also features main-stage acts Gavin DeGraw , Rooney and Joe Firstman.
Tyler Hilton, Michael Tolcher and Chris Grace will grace the tour's second stage, which is part of an "interactive village for students" that will feature "sponsor giveaways, activities and a music learning center from Gibson and Epiphone guitars on select dates," according to a press release.
Virgin Megastores, Dentyne Ice and Dentyne Fire are the tour's sponsors. More information is posted at the tour's official website.
Branch is supporting her sophomore set, "Hotel Paper," which surfaced last June. The album features the Grammy-nominated single "Are You Happy Now?"
