Neil Young & Crazy Horse stack up more 'Greendale' dates
Neil Young & Crazy Horse continue to beef up their tour plans for February and March, and are now set to play well over a dozen North American dates at theaters and scaled-down arenas.
Tickets for several shows went on the market last month, and tickets for upcoming shows in Sacramento, CA; Milwaukee; Moline, IL; Cleveland; and Hershey, PA, are soon set to roll out to the general market.
Young has been on the road since the last summer, well before his new concept album, "Greendale," hit stores in August.
During last year's shows, Young and Crazy Horse played material from "Greendale"--which tells the tale of a fictional family named the Greens who live in the fictional town of Greendale--during their first set. After a break, they returned to play a set focusing on other material from Young's career. The early-2004 shows will continue to feature the elaborate stage production and live actors used during last year's outing, according to Clear Channel Entertainment.
Crazy Horse's lineup consists of longtime members Ralph Molina (drums), Billy Talbot (bass) and Frank "Poncho" Sampedro (guitar).
