Five-Time Winner Dolly Parton Will Host ACM Awards Show
Dolly Parton --a Country Music Hall of Fame member and five-time ACM Award winner--has been selected to host the 35th annual Academy of Country Music awards show. The show will be broadcast live on CBS from the Universal Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif., on May 3.
Parton hasn't hosted the ACMs before. In fact, the ceremony hasn't had a host at all for the last two years.
The Dixie Chicks , Tim McGraw , Faith Hill and Brad Paisley are among the artists who are up for multiple awards this year. The nominees were announced on March 1.
