R.E.M. will webcast its Tuesday (9/30) performance at Air Canada Centre in Toronto via its remhq.com website, according to Warner Bros.

The concert will begin streaming at about 7:15 p.m. Eastern Time; click the "Live from Toronto" button on the website's front page to view the show.

R.E.M. appears on the "Late Show with David Letterman" on Thursday (10/2).

Sean "P Diddy" Combs hopes to raise $1 million for children's charities by running in the New York City Marathon on Nov. 7.

According to a press release, several corporate donors are supporting Combs' campaign. Individuals can contribute or get more information via a 24-hour hotline (877-RUN-DIDDY) and a website.

"Lennon Legend," a DVD that features previously unreleased footage of The Beatles' John Lennon, is set for release on Nov. 18.

The DVD, executive produced by Yoko Ono, is the video companion to the 1998 Lennon best-of album of the same name. It includes 15 new and remastered music-video clips, a photo gallery and new animations of Lennon's drawings, among other features.

Norah Jones and Dolly Parton will perform a duet of Parton's "The Grass is Blue" during the 37th Annual CMA Awards ceremony, the Country Music Association announced.

Jones recorded the song for the forthcoming tribute album "Just Because I'm a Woman: The Songs of Dolly Parton," due on Oct. 14.

Alan Jackson and Jimmy Buffett will open the ceremonies by performing their hit "It's Five O'Clock Somewhere." Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney and Patty Loveless are also scheduled to perform during the show, which takes place on Nov. 5 in Nashville.

Former Bauhaus and Love and Rockets member David J will showcase material from his new album, "Estranged," during a 7 p.m. Friday (10/8) in-store appearance at Amoeba Music in Los Angeles.

According to his publicist, David J's fifth solo album was financed by a marathon bidding session on eBay in which he sold memorabilia from his previous bands.
