R&B singer Sisqo [ tickets ] was arrested on Sept. 13 and charged with assault, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest after he allegedly fired a gun at a car from the porch of his Baltimore-area home, the Baltimore Sun reported.
No one was injured; Sisqo--whose real name is Mark Andrews--was released on bail.

Producer Phil Spector [ tickets ], was responsible for the February shooting death of actress Lana Clarkson, Los Angeles County detectives told the Los Angeles Times.
"It's not an accident. It's not a suicide," Capt. Frank Merriman was quoted as saying. "Phil Spector shot her."
In a July Esquire magazine interview, Spector--who is free on $1 million bail--suggested that Clarkson may have shot herself.

Jam band moe. will host "The Headbangers' Left Ball: An Evening of Heavy moe.tal" at Chicago's Aragon Ballroom on Oct. 31.
Odd Halloween themes have become the norm for the group in recent years. According to the band's publicist, in 1999, moe. recreated the world of Willy Wonka, complete with Oompa Loompas. The next year, the group performed "Dark Side of the Moon" to a screening of "The Wizard of Oz." In 2001, they called upon all five senses with songs about seeing, feeling, hearing, smelling and touching. And last year, "The Simpsons" came to life at moe.'s Tavern.
A traditional moe. concert is scheduled to take place at the same venue on the following night.

Former House of Pain member Everlast [ tickets ] has signed a deal with the Island Def Jam Music Group. According to the label, he is currently in the studio working on his third studio album, which is tentatively set for release in early 2004.
