Williams--who plays guitar--penned seven of the album's 11 tracks. The first single, "Just Because," features pianist David Benoit. Other guests who appear on the largely instrumental album include Bela Fleck and Ruben Blades.

The album is described in a press release as a "blend of highly melodic, contemporary and Latin-flavored jazz selections."

Michael Jackson 's former financial advisers have filed a lawsuit in which they claim that the singer owes the firm $12 million in fees and expenses, plus interest, according to published reports.

The suit reportedly claims that Jackson is near bankruptcy, and that his "extravagant lifestyle" has created "a ticking financial time bomb waiting to explode at any moment."
