Jason Mraz heads up latest RadioVW tour

Jason Mraz , along with support acts Michelle Penn and Chantal Kreviazuk, hit a number of House of Blues venues in May as part of Volkswagen's RadioVW tour.

Tickets for the six-date outing--which makes stops in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.; New Orleans; Chicago; Las Vegas; Anaheim, Calif.; and West Hollywood, Calif.--are on sale now.

Singer-songwriter Mraz is touring behind his Elektra Records debut, last October's "Waiting for My Rocket to Come." John Alagia (Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer) produced the set.

Clips of three tracks from "Waiting for My Rocket to Come"--"You and I Both," "The Remedy (I Don't Worry)" and "Curbside Prophet"--are posted at House of Blues' RadioVW.com-tour webpage.

Penn is backing her recently released EP "Last Laugh." Two of the album's seven tracks are available as free mp3 downloads from her website.

Pianist-singer Kreviazuk released her third album, "What If it All Means Something," on April 22.

Tour sponsor, RadioVW.com is a "24-hour, continuous live-stream Internet radio station featuring Volkswagen's take on great music including some emerging unsigned artists," according to a press release.
