To commemorate the release of his 1986 album "Guitar Town," Steve Earle will recreate the album in its entirety, with the musicians who played on it, at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium on Feb. 6, according to Country.com.

Sunday's Super Bowl will feature a new Pepsi commercial starring Britney Spears . Many Los Angeles residents know this because the local Fox affiliate's morning show, "Good Day L.A.," aired the entire commercial as news.

RollingStone.com reported that Blink-182's guitarist-vocalist Tom DeLonge and drummer Travis Barker have formed the band Boxcar Racer with guitarist Dave Kennedy, "formerly of the San Diego straight-edge hardcore outfit Over My Dead Body."

MCA will reportedly release Boxcar Racer's first album in May.

Performance artist Sarah Jones has filed a lawsuit against the Federal Communications Commission regarding the commission's ruling on her song "Your Revolution."

Accroding to the New York Times, Jones "asked for a judgment in federal district court in Manhattan that [the song] is not indecent as the agency found; for an injunction preventing the commission from enforcing the $7,000 fine against KBOO-FM, a listener-supported station in Portland, Ore. [that aired the song]; and for a finding that the commission's ruling violated her free-speech rights."

Jones' website is currently streaming the song, with the lyrics posted, and as of press time, the site is receiving much traffic.

According to Billboard.com, on March 26, "Epic will reissue four Ozzy Osbourne albums, and Sanctuary/Metal-Is will reissue the majority of the Iron Maiden catalog of 15 studio and live albums, as well as a new live title."

Music software company Musicmatch has introduced Radio MX, a music subscription service for owners of Macintosh computers.

Concert promotions company Clear Channel Entertainment has announced "the formation of a new Brazilian subsidiary, Clear Channel Entertainment do Brasil Ltda. The division will be headquartered in Rio de Janeiro with an office in Sao Paolo."
