Janet Jackson postpones Pittsburgh, Indianapolis shows

update: Janet Jackson has postponed her Tuesday night (8/7) performance in Indianapolis and her Wednesday night (8/8) performance in Pittsburgh due to a bout with the flu, promoter Clear Channel Entertainment announced.

The Indianapolis show has been rescheduled for Oct. 18 at Conseco Fieldhouse, and the Pittsburgh show will be rescheduled for a to-be-determined date in mid-October, according to Clear Channel. All tickets for the originally scheduled dates will be honored at the rescheduled dates. Ticket refunds are also available at the point of purchase.

Meanwhile, Jackson's planned Aug. 5 appearance at Cleveland's Gund Arena has been rescheduled for Sept. 3. The change is due to scheduling conflicts, according to the arena's official website.

The new cancellations aren't the first snag to hit Jackson's tour. The outing's July 5 kick-off date in Vancouver, British Columbia, was postponed until July 7 because a portion of the singer's stage didn't arrive at the venue on time. And her July 18 performance at Milwaukee's Bradley Center was canceled "due to an unexpected dental emergency," according to a notice posted on her official website.
