• "... The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has overturned a federal judge's order last week that ordered the Redwood City company to remain offline until it fully complied with an injunction to remove all copyright music," the Associated Press reported. Napster, which claims that new technology can block 99% of all unauthorized, copyrighted songs from its system, is reportedly free to go back online.
