James Taylor sets dates for second leg of tour

update: With his new tour underway, James Taylor has announced a lengthy stretch of additional dates. The new shows cover the remainder of August and include a few dates in September.

The initial leg of the tour, which started on June 1, included dates through August 4.

As liveDaily reported previously, Taylor's longtime band is backing him: keyboardist Clifford Carter, bassist Jimmy Johnson, guitarist Bob Mann, percussionist Luis Conte and drummer Russ Kunkel. Arnold McCuller, David Lasley, Valerie Carter and Kate Markowitz serve as background singers, while Walt Fowler plays trumpet and flügelhorn and Lou Marini plays saxophone and flute.

James-Taylor.com, a fan website, listed the set list for the tour kick-off in West Palm Beach, Fla. The list encompasses his career:
