The service will kick off on April 16 with the online unveiling of the new Stevie Nicks album, "Trouble in Shangri-La,'' which won't hit stores until May 1. In addition to getting a stream of the CD, users who pre-order will have access to album artwork, lyrics, liner notes, interviews and other perks, according to a VH1 press release. On the day of the album's official release, fans will have the new CD sent to them directly by VH1.

The article quoted Henchmen's CEO as acknowledging that Jay-Z did get the song kept off the compilation, though it doesn't say how he accomplished that.
