U.K. Concert Outlook: Soft Cell, Manic Street Preachers, Kelly Price

LONDON--Soft Cell is planning to reform after 17 years apart. Marc Almond and Dave Ball, the duo behind the song "Tainted Love," have confirmed that they will play at Ocean in London on March 15, 16 and 17. The first night is a private show by invitation only, but tickets for the other shows went on sale last week.

Hothouse Flowers are to perform a show at Londons Shepherds Bush Empire on April 21.

Manic Street Preachers have announced a seventh date for the spring: they will play at Smithfield in Dublin on May 4.

American soul singer Kelly Price will perform her first show in the U.K. on March 4 at London's Hammersmith Odeon. New R&B act Jaheim will open the show.

Sarah Brightman will perform at Londons Royal Albert Hall on May 10. Tickets went on sale on Friday (2/2).

Toploader has added an extra Brixton Academy date to their upcoming U.K. tour. The date for the new London show is April 11.

Ronan Keating has added an extra Wembley Arena date--May 13--to his upcoming tour. Tickets go on sale on Monday (2/5).

Clubbing mogul Gatecrasher has announced three arena dates to take place during the Easter weekend: the NEC in Birmingham on April 13, Belfasts Odyssey Arena on April 14 and at the SECC in Glasgow on April 15. Line-up includes Carl Cox, Seb Fontaine and Judge Jules. Tickets are not yet on sale.

Spice Girl Melanie C has announced rescheduled dates to replace the shows she had to cancel in January and February due to a throat infection.
