Stereophonics frontman to tour North America in February

Stereophonics frontman Kelly Jones has lined up a low-key acoustic tour of North America that will commence in February. The dates follow Jones' November solo tour of Britain, during which he previewed music from the Stereophonics' forthcoming third album, "J.E.E.P."

The nine-date venture will kick off at Atlanta’s Cotton Club on Feb. 5, and will wrap up about two weeks later in San Francisco. Stereophonics bassist Richard Jones will join Jones for the tour.

“J.E.E.P” (Just Enough Education to Perform) is due to be released in April.
