Digital entertainment company MCY.com won a legal victory Tuesday when a U.S. District Court denied a request by a number of OZZfest 2000 acts for a restraining order that would have barred MCY and its licensees--DirecTV and iN DEMAND--from continuing to broadcast an OZZfest 2000 pay-per-view special, according to a press release from MCY. Ozzy Osbourne , his Osbourne Management company and a number of other OZZfest 2000 acts filed a suit against MCY earlier this month, in which they claim that the company does not have permission to use the footage being aired as a pay-per-view special.
