The Palace of Auburn Hills, a concert venue near Detroit, was fined $600 for showing a sex- and violence-filled video prior to the Up in Smoke concert on July 11, the Detroit Free-Press reported. The Up in Smoke tour featured Dr. Dre [ tickets ] and Eminem [ tickets ].

VH1 will air "100 Greatest Artists of Hard Rock" from Nov. 13-17 at 10 p.m. Eastern Time. The top five are Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Jimi Hendrix, AC/DC and Metallica.
