Taylor Swift to host 'Saturday Night Live'

Taylor Swift will host and perform on "Saturday Night Live" Nov. 7, according to NBC.

The teen country sensation, who appeared as a musical guest on "SNL" in January, reportedly has some ideas about skits based on the past few months of her life. She also thinks it would be great to follow in the footsteps of Justin Timberlake and work with Andy Samberg on a digital short, Access Hollywood reported.

Swift, who was a special guest on the "Oprah Winfrey" show this week, also is scheduled to appear on "Dancing With the Stars" on Oct. 27.
