A woman is suing Don Henley [ tickets ] for hitting her in the head with a maraca at an Oct. 4 concert in North Little Rock, Ark., The Associated Press reported. Per the report, the woman was taking Henley's photo when the maraca made contact; she claims that he didn't want any flash photography.
Effects of being hit in the head with a maraca, according to the suit, include "fright, horror, disappointment, chagrin, worry, disgrace, embarrassment, indignity, ridicule, grief, shame, humiliation, anger and outrage."
