Green Day [ tickets ] will take the stage May 19 at Webster Hall in New York City as part of MySpace Music's "The List" concert series, according to a press release.

Approximately 300 MySpace users will be granted free entry to the special concert by responding to a series of blogs and bulletins posted from "The List's" official MySpace Music profile; a portion of the available tickets also will be sold to the public beginning May 9.

Footage of the entire concert will be presented on MySpace Music shortly after the live event.

Green Day's new album, "21st Century Breakdown," will hit stores May 15.
