Rihanna reportedly will play Dubai

Rihanna is scheduled to headline a May 28 concert in Dubai, according to a UPI report. The show, slated to be held at an as yet to be determined location, is the first confirmed concert since the February arrest of Chris Brown, who has been accused of assaulting the singer.
A spokesperson for Dubai Tourism told E! News that that more than 25,000 tickets for the concert will go on sale in the next couple of days.
