Britney's boys going on 'Circus' tour

Britney Spears , who threatened to cancel her upcoming tour if she couldn't take her boys with her, will hit the road with the boys and their dad in tow, according to a NY Daily News report.

Spears' father and ex, Kevin Federline, reportedly had agreed that the couple's sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, would divide their time between New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles while Spears is on tour.

Federline also was reportedly promised more than $4,000 a week and free housing during the tour as compensation.

His lawyers were not happy with the agreement, saying the situation could have been handled better if Spears would have "manned up" and allowed her ex's lawyers to be involved from the beginning, according to TMZ.com.

It is not clear if the original deal between Spears' father and Federline still stands.
