Willie Nelson cancels Indiana show

Willie Nelson has canceled a Dec. 7 concert at The Centre in Evansville, IN, due to a scheduling conflict. Event promoter Jade Nielson told the Evansville Courier & Press that Nelson has to be in Los Angeles for "some studio stuff he has to do" and won't be able to travel that weekend.

The concert, which also was to feature Billy Bob Thornton and the Boxmasters, is not immediately going to be rescheduled. "We are going to try to reschedule, but at this point, I don't know when it will be," Nielson told the Courier & Press. "Based on his schedule, we probably will give it some time before we give it another try."

Tickets are being refunded at point of purchase. Customers who bought tickets by phone or online should receive an automatic refund, according to the paper.
