Report: Britney Spears planning spring tour

Britney Spears will hit the road next spring in support of her new album, "Circus," which is set for a Dec. 2 release, according to Billboard.com.
The arena tour will be the pop star's first since her 2004 outing, which reportedly grossed more than $30 million.
