Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel team for Obama fundraiser

Bruce Springsteen and Billy Joel have announced plans for an upcoming concert that will serve as a fundraiser for Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.

Set to take place Oct. 16 at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom, the event will also feature "other exciting guests," according to a press release.

Tickets--priced at $500 for balcony seats, $2,500 for "premiere" seats and $10,000 for lounge seating--are available at the Obama campaign's website.
