'Idol' David Cook sets album release, launches website

David Cook , the champion of 2008's "American Idol," unveiled his official website Monday (9/15) in advance of his debut album, which hits shelves Nov 18.
The new site include social networking tools that allow fans to create their own blogs, add photos and videos and connect with others. Along with receiving breaking news and album updates, Cook followers can also keep in touch with the "Idol" winner via email and text message, according to a press release.
