Duran Duran Brings Pop Trash Home

LONDON--Duran Duran is scheduled to play eight U.K. arena dates in December, following the completion of the North American leg of their current Pop Trash tour. Tickets for the New Romantic heroes’ venture will go on sale on Sept. 1.

"Pop Trash," Duran Duran’s 12th studio album, was released in the U.K. through Edel Records in June. Since forming in 1978, the group has chalked up three platinum albums and three multi-platinum albums. The group is famous for hits including "Girls On Film," "Rio" and "Notorious."

The line-up for the upcoming tour will be singer Simon LeBon, keyboardist Nick Rhodes and guitarist Warren Cuccurullo, the same trio that recorded 1997's "Medazzaland."
