Barenaked Ladies' Steven Page Arrested On Drug Charge

Steven Page, singer/guitarist for Canadian pop-rockers Barenaked Ladies , was arrested in upstate New York last Friday (7/11) for an alleged drug-related offense.

According to the Associated Press, Page was arrested about 2 a.m. in the Syracuse, NY, area after police investigating a suspicious car found him with two women in a nearby apartment where they allegedly also found cocaine and marijuana. Page reportedly was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and released after posting $10,000 bail. He was due to appear in court sometime today.
