Willie Nelson, Wynton Marsalis Play The Blues

Willie Nelson and Wynton Marsalis have recorded a new album," Two Men With The Blues," set to be released July 8. The recording is a first-time collaboration between the country music icon and the jazz great, who discover common ground in their love of jazz standards and the blues, according to a press release.

"These songs, heard this way with this group--that's never been done before," Nelson said in a statement on the album's official website. "Whatever I'm doing, if you put Wynton and these guys around it, that brings it up to a different level."

The website offers previews of two tracks, "Bright Lights, Big City" and "Georgia on My Mind." The disc also can be pre-ordered via the site.
