Van Halen books festival appearance

As if making it all the way through the itinerary for their first tour in more than two decades with original frontman David Lee Roth wasn't impressive enough, classic-rock quartet Van Halen will reconvene next month to perform at the Quebec City Summer Festival.

The band, which wrapped up its lucrative semi-reunion outing earlier this week, is scheduled to play a July 3 headlining set at the Canadian event. More information is available at the festival's website.
