Amy Winehouse [ tickets ], who was arrested last week for alleged drug offenses, will not face any legal charges, according to published reports. Winehouse was questioned by British police May 7, arrested for alleged possession of a controlled drug, and released on unconditional bail a day later.

Her arrest stemmed from a video in which she appears to be smoking drugs from a glass pipe. In the video--which was made public in January by The Sun, Britain's top daily tabloid--Winehouse also is heard saying she had just taken six tablets of Valium. The video reportedly was shot in Winehouse's East London home.

According to a statement from her publicist, the police have officially concluded their investigation.
