Disturbed Busy With Concerts, New Release

Disturbed is scheduled to perform for the troops in Kuwait today (3/10), release a new album in June and co-headline the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival beginning Jul. 9 in Seattle, according to a press release.

The Chicago-based band's fourth album, "Indestructible," the follow-up to 2005's "Ten Thousand Fists," was self-produced and is expected to be released June. 3. In the meantime, the band is scheduled to be part of "Operation MySpace," a live concert event for those serving in the Middle East. The three-hour concert will be streamed exclusively on the "Operation MySpace" profile today at 11 a.m. PST. It will then be condensed to a one-hour version to be broadcast nationally on the FX television network Apr. 12.

The band then heads out July 9 for the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival that also will feature Slipknot, Dragonforce and Mastodon on the mainstage. The tour will hit 30 cities in the U.S. and Canada.
