Rush frontman Geddy Lee 's first solo is due from Atlantic Records on Oct. 24, VH1.com reported.
Graceland, the Memphis home of Elvis Presley , webcast the vigil commemorating his death on Aug. 16, 1977. According to The Associated Press, Presley's estate called the event a "vigilcast."
Remastered Van Halen albums are due from Warner Brothers next month, according to the band's official website.
Prince 's website has a sample of a 1999 Santana song next to a sample of a 1973 Larry Graham song, with the heading, "Would this b copyright infringement?"
R&B/urban label Blackground Records is now a Virgin Records imprint.
Boston band rubyhorse got former Beatle George Harrison to play slide guitar on its song "PunchDrunk."
