Shaky Hands turn 'Lunglight' on fall tour

Indie-rockers The Shaky Hands have lined up a fall headlining tour behind "Lunglight," the group's sophomore studio set and debut album for the Kill Rock Stars label.

The Oregon natives will kick off the outing Oct. 16 in their hometown of Portland, OR, and Tennessee-based indie act The Acorns will be along for the ride through the tour's Nov. 1 stop in Chicago. The 17-city outing finishes up Nov. 10 in Chapel Hill, NC. Dates are below.

"Lunglight," which hit stores in early September, follows the group's self-titled debut from last year. The band--now expanded to a quartet with the addition of keyboardist Nathan Delffs, brother of lead singer Nicholas Delffs--signed a record deal with Kill Rock Stars to release the disc and an EP, "Break the Spell," which saw light earlier this year.

Several streaming cuts from the new album can currently be heard on the band's MySpace page.
