Warped Tour adds Pennywise, Motion City Soundtrack

Pennywise and Motion City Soundtrack have been added to selected dates on this year's punk-rock summer camp that is the Vans Warped Tour .
Pennywise, which has sold more than 3 million albums worldwide, will hit the stage from June 20 through June 29. Meanwhile, Motion City Soundtrack will perform July 29 through Aug. 13, and plans include a hometown stop in Minneapolis.
Last month, Motion City Soundtrack released exclusively via Apple's iTunes Music Store a five-song acoustic EP featuring stripped-down versions of songs found on the band's most recent full-length set, last year's "Even If It Kills Me," which debuted at No. 16 on The Billboard 200 album chart.
Vans Warped Tour veterans Pennywise recently released their ninth studio album, "Reason to Believe," which has logged more than 400,000 free downloads. The punk band recently shot a video for "The Western World," which attacks a celebrity-obsessed culture. The video has already received more than 500,000 plays on MySpace in two weeks.
Pennywise and Motion City Soundtrack join previously announced Vans Warped Tour main stage acts including: Against Me!, All That Remains, Anberlin, Angels and Airwaves, As I Lay Dying, Bouncing Souls, Chiodos, Cobra Starship, Every Time I Die, From First to Last, GBH, Gym Class Heroes, Jack's Mannequin, Matisyahu, Norma Jean, Paramore, Reel Big Fish, Relient K, Rise Against, Say Anything, Story of the Year, Street Dogs, The Academy Is..., The Bronx, The Dillinger Escape Plan and The Vandals, among others.
The 46-date Vans Warped Tour kicks off June 20 in Pomona, CA and wraps Aug. 17 in Los Angeles, CA. See the full list of tour dates below; the specific lineups for specific dates are posted at the tour's website.
