Janet Jackson's 'Discipline' rules the charts

With 181,000 copies sold during its first week in stores, Janet Jackson 's sixth album, "Discipline," has claimed the top slot on the US chart.

Erykah Badu 's "4th World War" enters The Billboard 200 chart at No. 2, with sales of 124,000 copies. Jack Johnson 's three-week residency at No. 1 is at an end; his "Sleep Through the Static" falls to No. 3 on sales of 92,000. (Billboard bases its flagship album chart on Nielsen SoundScan retail reports.)

Claiming the No. 4 slot is rapper Webbie's "Savage Life 2," which sold 124,000 copies. Alicia Keys ' "As I Am" falls from No. 2 to No. 5 on sales of 57,000, and rounds out the Top 5.

Occupying the No. 6-10 slots, respectively, are Miley Cyrus ' "Hannah Montana 2 (Soundtrack)/Meet Miley Cyrus," the "Once" soundtrack, the "Juno" soundtrack, Sara Bareilles ' "Little Voice" and Amy Winehouse 's "Back to Black."
