The British group, which recently confirmed plans for the first leg of its coming US tour, will headline the first two days of the festival, which is set for Aug. 8-10 at New Jersey's Liberty State Park.

The outdoor event, which will feature more than 40 acts appearing on three stages spread over the 80-acre park, has also confirmed a lineup that includes Cat Power , The Roots , The New Pornographers , Kings of Leon and Underworld . The full roster of acts is included below.

Tickets for the event will go on sale to the public Feb. 29 at noon, Eastern Time, and will be available only through Ticketmaster.com. Single day passes will run $89 apiece, with three-day tickets going for $258. (Ticketmaster is LiveDaily's parent company.)

Organizers of the festival are touting the event's "green" features. Onsite parking will be available for carpoolers only, and ample public transportation will be available to and from the site, including ferry service directly to the festival grounds from Manhattan, and light rail service via NJ Transit.
